2022 NFL schedule tracker: A complete list of Miami Dolphins announcements and leaks
NFL schedule release day is finally upon us. After weeks of the NFL announcing select games, the league will officially unveil the 272-game schedule at 8 p.m.
There have been a number of leaks and reports in the lead-up to the highly-anticipation release and this is your one-stop-shop to stay up-to-date with games that involve the Dolphins. This page will be updated as more information comes out.
6 p.m. update: The Baltimore Ravens announced their home opener will be against the Dolphins on Sunday, Sept. 18. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
6 p.m. update: The Dolphins officially announced their home opener against the New England Patriots on Sunday, Sept. 11. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
2:33 p.m. update: The Dolphins will play at the Patriots in Week 17 on New Year’s Day, South Florida talk show host Andy Slater reported. Each team plays a divisional opponent in Week 18, meaning the Dolphins would finish their season against the Buffalo Bills or New York Jets.
2:10 p.m. update: The Dolphins will host the Patriots for their season opener, according to multiple reports. It will mark the third straight year the divisional rivals have opened the season against each other. The Dolphins swept the season series in 2021.
10:53 a.m. update: The Dolphins will not be playing on Thanksgiving, Slater reported. A recent Los Angeles Times story detailed the process by which the NFL schedule is made and it was revealed that either the Dolphins or Bills would travel to Detroit to face the Lions.
9:49 a.m. update: The Dolphins will host the Philadelphia Eagles for one of their three preseason games, a source told the Miami Herald. It would be the first meeting in the regular season or preseason between Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, who were teammates at Alabama for two seasons.
