The Dolphins are turning their attention to the NFL Scouting Combine, which will be held in Indianapolis next week, but Tuesday marks the first day NFL teams can use the franchise tag. A pair of Dolphins impending free agents are strong candidates to get the franchise tag: tight end Mike Gesicki and defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah.
