The Dolphins are back from their bye week and looking forward to Sunday’s matchup against the New York Jets, but it’s hard not to shift your gaze to what’s happening around the NFL, Miami included.

Thirty-seven positive coronavirus tests emerged Monday, the most the NFL has had in a single day since the pandemic started. As of Wednesday morning, four Dolphins have been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list: running backs Myles Gaskin, Salvon Ahmed and Phillip Lindsay and rookie safety Jevon Holland.

As of now, the Dolphins are preparing as if the quartet will not play in a game the team must win to keep pace in the AFC playoff picture.

In this week’s Dolphins In Depth podcast, Daniel Oyefusi is joined by Will Parkinson, an NFL analyst for turnonthejets.com, to discuss the leaguewide coronavirus situation, Tua Tagovailoa and Zach Wilson, as well as preview Sunday’s game.
