Podcast: How will this Heat offseason be remembered and reliving Tim Hardaway memories

The Miami Heat’s offseason has turned out to be one that hasn’t included much change.

The Heat’s pursuit of Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant ended without Durant and the Utah Jazz ended up trading star Donovan Mitchell to the Cleveland Cavaliers. So it looks like the Heat will enter this upcoming season with a very similar roster to the one that finished just one win short of reaching the NBA Finals last season.

On a new episode of the Miami Herald’s Heat Check podcast, Anthony Chiang and David Wilson took a look at the Heat’s offseason and discussed whether it can be classified as a disappointment. Or is it simply just the cost of doing business when going after a star on the trade market?

The second half of the episode is dedicated to former Heat point guard Tim Hardaway, who will be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on Saturday.
