Derrick Jones Jr. signs endorsement deal with on-demand fuel delivery service EzFill

Miami Heat forward Derrick Jones Jr. isn’t the biggest fan of gas stations.

And with COVID-19 still a very real threat in South Florida, limiting exposure to gas pumps, one of the many surfaces that people frequently touch on a daily basis, couldn’t hurt.

Enter Jones Jr.’s newest endorsement deal with EzFill.

The self-described “’on-demand’ fuel delivery service” allows users to order gas from their smartphones. It’s just as simple as downloading an app and pressing a button.

Each order sends a signal to a driver, who will then bring the fuel to the user’s location and fill up their gas tanks. All you have to pay is the per gallon price plus a small delivery fee.

“It’s so convenient for people who don’t want to go to a gas station, especially during this time,” Jones Jr. said on Instagram.

The best part? EzFill’s fuel prices are often cheaper than those at the local gas station.

For now, EzFill’s services are only available in Miami, but the company appears to be looking to expand soon according to their app.
