Shaq and D. Wade just gave NBA fans the best show since their ‘06 championship
A respectable hairline — for those who have one — is a man’s best friend.
Unfortunately, Shaquille O’Neal doesn’t.
The former Miami Heat big man had to flaunt what was left of his hairline Tuesday after losing a friendly wager to Dwyane Wade.
“I said Milwaukee was going to win by 20 and the Heat won,” O’Neal explained on TNT’s “NBA Pregame Show.” “I said ‘What do you want me to do, pay you?’ He said ‘No: you got to let your hairline grow out. We want to see your hairline looking like Kenny Smith.’”
Forever the comedian, Shaq embraced his seemingly painted hairline. He subsequently posted a video of himself admiring his new look on Instagram and invited people to get their roast on.
And that’s exactly what they did. NBA Twitter, in particular, had a field day.
Even Shaq’s own employer and his son Shareef got in on the fun.
This is undoubtedly the best thing that the Shaq-D-Wade duo gave fans since their 2006 championship.
