Chalamet, DeSantis and rain: What it was like at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix

Rain, racing, celebrities, even Lego Formula 1 car replicas (that actually ran) all made their appearances Sunday at the Miami International Autodrome before McLaren dominated the day on the track.

Those who came to see and not just be seen saw McLaren’s Oscar Piastri and Lando Norrris sweep the top two spots at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. Miami Herald photographers saw all of the above.
