Inside Inter Miami: We’re back and counting down to the 2026 MLS season
It’s a new year and a new season of Inter Miami soccer is drawing closer.
And so Inside Inter Miami is back.
It’s been six weeks since Lionel Messi and Inter Miami lifted their first MLS Cup trophy. After a short offseason, the team is back in training camp, preparing for another busy schedule, which starts with another preseason South American tour this week.
Inside Inter Miami will discuss who’s back, who’s gone, and dive into the new players signed and what impact they’re expected to have on the club’s bid to repeat as MLS Cup champs, plus updates on the latest roster moves regarding Tadeo Allende and others.
We have interviews conducted by Michelle Kaufman from MLS Media Day with reigning MLS Goalkeeper of the Year and Canadian national team keeper Dayne St. Clair and former Real Madrid and Tottenham left back Sergio Reguilon - two of the club’s biggest offseason acquisitions.
Plus, an interview with team mainstay Noah Allen, as well as club co-owner Jorge Mas, who continues to dream big as he details his vision for Inter Miami’s future.
The preseason begins on Saturday in Peru and the regular MLS season opens on the road Feb. 21 vs. LAFC at the L.A. Coliseum. The match will begin the road to the opening of Miami Freedom Park on April 4 vs. Austin FC.
