Inside Inter Miami: The fallout for Luis Suarez, others after Leagues Cup brawl

Another week, another ride on the Inter Miami roller coaster.

Last week began with the club finally topping state rival Orlando City after Lionel Messi’s return from injury in a 3-1 Leagues Cup semifinal win.

Just three days later, things went south fast as Inter Miami lost to the Seattle Sounders in the Leagues Cup final in front of a crowd of 70,000 at Lumen Field in Seattle.

If that wasn’t embarrassing enough, then came an ugly post-game brawl that has gone viral on social media all over the world.

The latest episode of Inside Inter Miami discusses the fallout of the loss, the incident and what potential sanctions could be on the horizon for the players involved, which included Luis Suarez.

We have plenty of reaction from Inter Miami coach Javier Mascherano and Seattle coach Brian Schmetzer as well as Miami goalkeeper Oscar Ustari.

We also bid farewell to hometown favorite Benja Cremaschi, who left on loan to Italian club Parma, and we look ahead to what’s next after the FIFA international break.
