Titletown South Florida returns with Miami Herald Deputy Sports Editor Andre Fernandez and Sportswriter David Wilson looking at what’s been an interesting offseason in terms of transfers in high school football.
We look at which of the super powers have reloaded, and a contender on the rise that might be close to joining that elite level next season.
