Norland outlasts Killian in season finale for both teams

Rodrick Robinson threw for 362 yards and four touchdowns, and added 43 rushing yards and another score as Norland bested Killian 35-26 at North Miami Stadium in the season finale for two of Dade’s top teams to miss the postseason.

Rodrick Robinson, who finished 12 for 21, hit Jordan Robinson for a 41-yard touchdown late in the third quarter to extend the lead for the Vikings (5-4) after the Cougars (5-4) crept within one. He later put it away with a fourth-quarter rushing score.

Jordan Robinson caught six passes for 188 yards.

Dave Richards: He had two touchdowns on four catches for 119 yards for Norland.

Antwan Collier: Killian quarterback who had a passing and rushing touchdown threw for 194 yards and ran for 127.
