Running game powers Coral Reef past Ferguson 42-12

Coral Reef (2-4, 2-0 in 15-8A) dominated all aspects as after Jahbrille Campbell scored from the 7, and the running clock was enforced late in the third quarter of a 42-12 victory.

The Barracudas’ running game (Jordan Donaldson, Mehki Ervan, and Jahbrille Campbell) ended with 250 yards and four scores against the Falcons (0-5, 0-2).

TOP TWO

Donaldson: Had 145 yards and three scores on just 10 carries.

Jaiden Francois decommitted from the Miami Hurricanes last year when Manny Diaz left to become the coach of the Temple Owls. Now the South Dade safety is back in the fold with Diaz taking over as UM’s coach.
