South Miami wins 44-0 in rout of Westland Hialeah

After an 0-4 start, South Miami won its second consecutive game in a rout as the District 16-7A game had a running clock in the second half.

The Cobras (2-4, 2-3) were led by quarterback Antoine Wright Jr. who completed all seven passes for 154 yards and two touchdowns to Marlon Will and Duane Johnson. Westland (0-5, 0-4) has been shutout in nine straight games dating to last season.
