Yosami Sanabria, Alex Victor lead Braddock over Varela, 35-14

With both teams not wanting to go into an 0-2 hole, Braddock emerged victorious on Thursday night at Tropical Park in a District 15-8A matchup. The Bulldogs improved to 2-3, 1-1; Varela dropped to 2-3, 0-2.

Led by Yosami Sanabria (94) and Alex Victor (82), Braddock pounded out 260 yards. Victor also caught a 72-yard touchdown from Angel Alvarez giving the Bulldogs the lead for good.

Sanabria: His 42-yard touchdown put his team up 7-0.

Delano Morgan: Led Varela with 107 yards and a touchdown.
