American throttles Hialeah Gardens to get first win of season
Quarterback Steve Hollingsworth led an aerial attack as the Patriots (1-2) got their first win of the season, 41-0, at Milander Park.
Hollingsworth threw for 249 yards and accounted for a pair of touchdowns. American’s defense helped out by not only shutting Gardens (2-1) out, but Malique Harley recovered a fumble in the end zone to contribute to the final score.

Marquez Jackson: Had a 90-yard kick return for a touchdown as well as three catches for 37 yards.
