Miami Beach holds off Reagan High 20-14

Senior running back Marcellus Ferguson scored the go-ahead touchdown on a 10-yard run with 11:05 left in the season opener for both teams at Memorial Stadium. The lights went out for 15 minutes with 1:19 remaining in the third quarter with Reagan up two.

Randle Jones: Returned the opening kickoff 94 yards for a touchdown and caught 40-yard pass on game-winning drive.

Gonzalo Pirela: Caught five passes for 121 yards and two touchdowns in the option offense for the Bison.
