Hallandale routs Monarch 45-6
Tyler Huntley lit up Monarch for 188 passing yards and four touchdowns in the first half of Hallandale’s 45-6 blowout over Monarch at Deerfield Beach on Friday night.
The Chargers (8-2) scored on all five of their possessions in the first half and had a pick-six to take a 39-0 lead into the break. Monarch (2-8) got its lone score of the night on a 62-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter.
Hallandale travels to Riviera Beach to take on Suncoast next Friday in a Region 4-5A quarterfinal.

Zack Moss: The running back and UM commit had 148 total yards and two touchdowns in the first half.
Juwan Hardy: Hardy caught three passes for 62 yards and a touchdown in the first half and played quarterback for the Chargers in the second half.
