McCarthy cruises to 56-18 win over North Broward

The visiting Mavericks (7-0, 2-0 in the Gold Coast Conference) scored on their first four possessions as they cruised to an easy victory over North Broward (4-2, 2-2).

Archbishop McCarthy, which amassed 354 yard of offense, contained North Broward’s offensive attack as Logan Giordano had a 79-yard interception return for a touchdown.

Anthony Rey: The Mavericks’ senior running back had 230 yards with five touchdowns on 19 carries.

David Vozzola: Passed for 196 yards and three scores.
