Ely holds off Fort Lauderdale 21-6
Defenders dived at Jamie Kennedy’s shoelaces as he returned an interception for a 95-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to lift the visiting Tigers (1-4, 1-0 in 14-7A) over the Flying L’s (2-4, 0-1) 21-6 at Dillard.
Kennedy also returned a punt 60 yards for a score in the third quarter.
