Broward County’s best continued to put together big time performances as we enter spring break.

This week, we continue a weekly feature where we ask you to vote for the best performer of the week in Broward County high school sports.

Below is a look at the five candidates from last week’s action. Take our poll below to cast your vote. The poll will be open until Thursday, March 28, around 10 p.m.

You may vote as often as you like until then.

Here are the candidates from last week’s events:

Zachary Malvasio, St. Thomas Aquinas, baseball: Malvasio hit a key three-run home run to lead the Raiders to a 7-3 upset win over Stoneman Douglas. He also went 3 for 4 with four RBI in an 8-4 win over John Carroll.

Devin Grazzal, McArthur, baseball: Grazzal threw a two-hitter, striking out four to lead the Mustangs to a 4-0 win over St. Thomas Aquinas.

Jade Castillo, Western, softball: Castillo went 3 for 4, with five RBI to lead the Wildcats to a 9-1 win over American Heritage.

Kaj Baker, Somerset Academy, boys track and field: Baker ran a time of 10.64 to win the 100 meter dash at the FSU Relays.
