Jakyus Johnson rushed for 221 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries as Everglades ran all over Hollywood Hills for a 42-7 win at Pembroke Pines Flanagan.
Johnson scored on an 87-yard touchdown with 2:07 to play in the first half to give the Gators (2-1) a three-score lead. Kelvin Marion had 82 yards and a 7-yard touchdown run as Everglades outrushed the Spartans 327-23.
Hollywood Hills quarterback Darius Greene passed for 136 yards and completed a 71-yard touchdown pass to Edward Aldred to open the scoring, but he was injured in the first half. Greene completed 6-of-14 attempts before getting injured.
Spartans receiver Winston Job had 50 yards receiving.
