Dade Christian stays undefeated in win over Champagnat

The Crusaders (4-0, 1-0 in District 8-2A) remained unbeaten with a 20-8 victory all the while keeping rival Champagnat winless at 0-3.

Quarterback Alec Carr connected with receiver Dewayne Keith Terry Jr. for two touchdowns in the first half to help give the Crusaders a 13-0 lead at halftime. The defense took care of the rest, keeping the Lions off the scoreboard until the waning moments of the contest.

TOP TWO

Carr: Completed 7-of-13 passes for 153 yards with two touchdowns.

Josh Grant: Intercepted a pass in the second quarter that led to a key touchdown before halftime.
