This week, we continue a feature where we ask you to vote for the best high school varsity performer of the week (in Broward and Miami-Dade counties).

This week includes nominees from high school basketball, cheerleading, soccer and wrestling.

Take our poll below to cast your vote. The poll will be open until Thursday, Feb. 5 at around 10 p.m. You may vote as often as you like until then.

Journey Bey, Western cheerleading: the senior captain led the Wildcats to their third consecutive FHSAA state title, after winning regionals.

Stella Colombo, Ransom Everglades soccer: the senior scored all 4 goals in a 4-0 district semifinal win over Carrollton.

Nylah Harper, West Broward cheerleading: the senior led the Bobcats to their 7th FHSAA state title, after winning regionals.

J’adore Hayes, North Miami basketball: the senior scored 35 points with 25 rebounds and 7 blocks in a 58-50 overtime win over rival North Miami Beach. She’s been averaging more than 30 points, 20 rebounds and 5 blocks in the second half of the season.

Ivan Kyryianenko, South Broward wrestling: the senior won the 144-pound title, while improving to 19-0 on the season at the fourth annual Boca Raton Joe Bonnie Invitational.

Megan Martin, St. Brendan cheerleading: the senior led the Sabres to their 10th FHSAA state title, after winning regionals.

Tyler Metellus, Monarch wrestling: the junior won the 113-pound title, while improving to 37-0 on the season at the fourth annual Boca Raton Joe Bonnie Invitational.
