Miami Herald High School Athlete of the Week 12: Daniela Hernandez of Carrollton cross-country

Daniela Hernandez of the Carrollton girls’ cross-country team is the Miami Herald Athlete of the Week for Week 12.

The junior won the FHSAA Girls’ District 8-2A Championship in 19 minutes 31.98 seconds. It marked her second consecutive district title for the champion Cyclones.
