This week, we continue a feature where we ask you to vote for the best high school varsity performer of the week (in Broward and Miami-Dade counties).

This week includes nominees from high school cross-country, football, golf and volleyball.

Take our poll below to cast your vote. The poll will be open until Thursday, Nov. 6 at around 10 p.m. You may vote as often as you like until then.

Isabaella Collado, Pine Crest volleyballl: the 8th grade setter led the Panthers with 33 assists, 4 digs, 3 blocks, and 1 kill as they beat Gulliver Prep 25-22, 25-18, 26-24 in the Region 4-3A championship to advance to state.

Armando Cruz, Belen Jesuit cross-country: the junior placed sixth of 332 runners at 15 minutes and 13.40 seconds to help the Wolverines win the FSU Pre-State Invitational (first of 35 teams) at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee.

Sydney Guerrier, St. Thomas Aquinas volleyball: the senior setter/right side hitter led the Raiders with 10 kills, 2 blocks, 2 aces, 2 digs and 13 assists as they beat West Boca Raton 25-10, 25-13, 25-13 in the Region 4-6A championship to qualify for the state final four.

Maximillian Hazleton, Pine Crest football: the senior linebacker and defensive lineman made 9 tackles with 3 sacks and 1 pass deflection in a 20-14 win over North Broward Prep.

Juliana Lugo, Archbishop McCarthy volleyball: the junior outside hitter led the Mavericks with 18 kills, 3 aces, 4 blocks, 7 digs and 1 serve receive as they beat Lourdes 25-27, 25-19, 25-13, 25-16 in the Region 4-5A championship to advance to their first state semifinal.

Ruth Martinez, Divine Savior volleyball: the senior outside hitter led the Sharks with 21 kills (including the match winning kill) as they beat Westminster Christian 25-12, 25-15, 27-25 for the Region 4-3A championship and a trip to state.

Rafael Salvatierra, Palmer Trinity football: the junior receiver/defensive back made 5 receptions for 142 yards and 3 TDs of offense and recorded 3 solo tackles on defense in a 39-29 win over Archbishop Carroll.

Trevor Tingle, Palmetto golf: the senior won the District 16-3A title with a 1-under 70, while leading the Panthers to a runner-up placing at Miami Springs Golf & Country Club.

Yasmin Dias Tonon, North Broward Prep volleyball: the senior outside hitter led the Eagles with 13 kills, 5 aces, 4 digs, 1 assist and 15 serve receive as they beat Mater Lakes Academy 25-19, 25-19, 25-14 in the Region 4-4A championship to reach the state semifinal.

Micaela Velez, Doral Academy volleyballl: the senior outside hitter led the Firebirds with 12 ills and 6 blocks as they beat Cypress Bay 18-25, 25-21. 25-21, 25-21 in the Region 7-4A championship to advance to state.
