Miami Gulliver Prep girls’ water polo player Isabella Ten-Have is the Miami Herald’s High School Athlete of the Week, as voted on by readers in our weekly poll.

The sophomore had a team high 3 goals as the Raiders (27-1) avenged their only loss of the season by beating Seminole 8-5 for the FHSAA state title. In the state semifinal win over West Orange, she had 4 goals and 3 assists.

Santiago Lopez Farina, Divine Savior boys’ volleyball; Dylan Reyes, Verala boys’ volleyball; Madeleine Chellas, Palmetto tennis; Angelina Lin, Plantation American Heritage tennis; Daniela Chica, True North tennis; Bridget Chalich, Pine Crest tennis; Caleb Chow, True North tennis; Dane Fox, Westminster Academy water polo; Stefan Correa, Palmetto tennis; and Gabriel Milano, Doral Academy baseball rounded out the nominees.

The Miami Herald Athlete of the Week poll opens Sunday every week and closes around 10 p.m. Thursday.
