As we approach the playoffs and teams play in the GMAC and BCAA Big 8 conference championship tournaments this week, several of the top boys’ and girls’ high school basketball teams in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties continue to excel.

Here’s a look at the Miami Herald’s South Florida Top 10 rankings with records updated through Saturday’s games:
