They are: Dave Roca, Pembroke Pines Charter, Class 5A Coach of the Year: Led his squad to a 13-3 record and the Class 5A state title, the first state championship in program history, after finishing as the state runnerup in 2020. In 12 years at Pembroke Pines Charter, Roca has posted a 189-88 record.

Ike Smith, Pine Crest, Class 4A Coach of the Year: In his first full year as a head coach after serving 19 years as an assistant, Smith produced a 21-1 record and led his squad to the Class 4A state title.
