The Archbishop McCarthy girls’ soccer team remained unbeaten and scored its most impressive win of the season by knocking off rival St. Thomas Aquinas 2-1.

Cassie Lawson had 1 goal and 1 assist to lead the Mavericks (12-0). Sofia Enriquez scored 1 goal. Jordyn Gifford had 7 saves in goal. Kelly Hastings, Shannon Scott, Gianna Carmona, Nadia Colon, Kimmy Cover, Danie Soto and Jessica Gonzalez had strong defensive performances.
