Andre’s pick: St. Thomas Aquinas 42, Boyd Anderson 7. Another demonstration of Aquinas’ prowess in store this week.

3. CORAL GABLES (6-0) VS. MIAMI BEACH (2-4), 4, FRIDAY, GABLES.

Andre’s pick: Coral Gables 42, Miami Beach 7. The Cavaliers take care of business and set up showdown with Columbus.

4. CAROL CITY (4-2): IDLE.

5. NORTHWESTERN (6-1) VS. NORLAND (3-3), 7:30, FRIDAY, TRAZ.

Andre’s pick: Northwestern 21, Norland 7. Bulls can’t take the Vikings lightly following huge win over Central.

6. FLANAGAN (6-1) AT CYPRESS BAY (3-4), 7, FRIDAY.

Andre’s pick: Flanagan 35, Cypress Bay 3. With the district title wrapped up, look for the Falcons to continue to pick up wins.

7. DEERFIELD BEACH (5-1) VS. MONARCH (2-4), 7, FRIDAY, DEERFIELD.

Andre’s pick: Deerfield Beach 38, Monarch 8. The Bucks are on a roll, and this win sets up a district title clash with Piper.

9. CARDINAL GIBBONS (5-1) VS. HALLANDALE (3-4), 7, FRIDAY, GIBBONS.

Andre’s pick: Cardinal Gibbons 27, Hallandale 16. The Chiefs fell short against Heritage but need to turn the page quickly to avoid missing the playoffs.

10. BOOKER T. WASHINGTON (5-3) VS. 12. COLUMBUS (5-2), 7, THURSDAY, TRAZ.

Andre’s pick: Booker T. Washington 21, Columbus 17. Recent performances lead one to believe the Tornadoes are ready to return to form.

11. SOUTHRIDGE (5-2) VS. 17. PALMETTO (6-0), 7:30, FRIDAY, SOUTHRIDGE.

Andre’s pick: Southridge 14, Palmetto 7. Winner takes the District 16-8A title, so expect a tough struggle in this one.

13. MCARTHUR (7-0) VS. FORT LAUDERDALE (3-3), 7, FRIDAY, DILLARD.

Andre’s pick: McArthur 30, Fort Lauderdale 14. The Mustangs are playoff-bound for the first time since 2008 and district champs for the first time since 2003.

Andre’s pick: Miramar 27, Everglades 7. The Patriots set up a showdown with Western for the runner-up spot in District 12-8A.
