Former WWE superstar CM Punk turned MMA fighter Phil Brooks appeared on MMA Live Extra online (MMA Extra.com) and SportsCenter on ESPN.

Brooks was in Bristol, Conn., ESPN’s headquarters, to discuss the transformation to Mixed Martial Arts and his UFC Octagon debut in 2015. WWE headquarters is in Stanford, Conn., about 50 miles from Bristol.

SportsCenter hosts Chris McKendry and Jay Crawford interview Brooks on set.

Phil Murphy interviewed him for MMA Live Extra.
