Inside Inter Miami: World Cup history for Messi, Tartan Army, Casemiro and more

Lionel Messi turned 39 on Wednesday.

But he keeps proving he is ageless, breaking records and propelling Argentina a little closer to a repeat World Cup championship.

And a month from now, after the World Cup is over, it looks like he’ll have another talented superstar on his side when it’s time to once again don the pink and black of Inter Miami.

The team has reportedly agreed to terms with Brazilian star and Manchester United defensive midfielder Casemiro.

The latest episode of Inside Inter Miami discusses the latest move by the club to bolster its roster and try to repeat as MLS Cup champions.

We also go over some of the biggest storylines surrounding the World Cup, including Messi becoming the new all-time goals leader.

The United States team continues to impress after winning its group with a game to spare for the first time ever.

The Scottish Tartan Army took over Miami this weekend and attended the Miami Marlins’ game against the Texas Rangers at loanDepot park in droves on Monday night.

Brazil is in Miami, too, and their fans are already partying ahead of Wednesday’s crucial game against Scotland in which Neymar may finally play, and both sides could advance to the knockout stage.

All of that, plus Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland pushed France and Norway through to the next round respectively with their outstanding play.

Curacao’s goalkeeper, who plays for Miami FC, made World Cup history, Cape Verde tied another heavyweight, and more.
