All the Panthers who sustained injuries Saturday against Old Dominion — including fifth-year senior center Donald Senat, sophomore offensive tackle Dieugot Joseph and safety Demarkus Perkins — should be available for Saturday’s home finale against Middle Tennessee State.

Senat and Joseph went down with injuries during the game. Perkins, who started every game at strong safety before Saturday, didn’t play a snap.

“He had a quad contusion,” coach Ron Turner said of Perkins. “We were hoping he was going to be able to go, thought he was going to be able to go. He didn’t do much in practice, we knew we weren’t going to start him, but we were hoping he’d be able to go. Doctors thought he would be able to go. But, he couldn’t.”
