FIU Panthers football team switches airlines

Problems with Allegiant Airlines planes delayed FIU several hours getting to and returning from their first road game. So FIU wasn’t too disappointed when Allegiant, the team’s charter carrier for several years, claimed FIU violated several passenger rules and canceled the school’s contract. FIU now will be flying Sun Country Airlines for the final three road trips of the season.
