Miami Hurricanes baseball is approaching.

The University of Miami on Tuesday released its 2023 baseball schedule.

The Hurricanes, who finished 40-20 in 2022 and were eliminated at home by Arizona in an NCAA regional, open at Mark Light Field on Feb. 17 against Penn State.

The Florida Gators series moves to Gainesville this season, with the Canes and Gators meeting March 3 through March 5.

Atlantic Coast Conference rival Florida State will face UM at the Light March 31 through April 2.

The season ends with a three-game series at home against Duke from May 18-20.

UM plays three teams that made it to the 2022 NCAA regionals: Louisville, North Carolina and Virginia Tech.

Last season, the Canes at one point were ranked No. 2 and led the ACC with 20 conference wins. They finished No. 20 by D1Baseball.

This season, there are 54 regular-season games scheduled, but since the NCAA allows up to 56 regular-season games, UM could add two more if it chooses.
