FSU Uprising rally to be held Thursday

Florida State fans can join coach Jimbo Fisher and the Seminole football team for the annual Seminole Uprising pep rally event on Thursday at Dick Howser Stadium.

The event is free and open to the public. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and the event begins at 6:30.

FSU’s volleyball, soccer and cross country teams will also be recognized at the rally.

Gene Deckerhoff, the voice of the Seminoles, will host the event, which will also feature appearances by the FSU Marching Chiefs and cheerleaders.
