U.S. Fitness Influencer Carly Douglas Dead at 36
U.S. fitness influencer Carly Douglas has tragically died at the age of 36 years old.
Douglas, a South Carolina-based fitness influencer who had a big following on social media, passed away this month. She died three months after sharing her cancer diagnosis online.
Her official account shared the tragic news.
"On June 13, 2026, Carly Faye Douglas stepped into complete glory, in her final resting place. She met her Maker and Savior face to face, and her arms are full with her two Heaven babies," her account wrote.
"Carly fought cancer with grit and determination; while being full of hope and always pointing anyone who would listen, back to God, the One who held her in the palm of His hand."
Douglas leaves behind three children.
"She treasured her children and savored every moment with them, soaking up every last drop of giggles and hugs until the very end. Being River, Faye, and Townes' mother was her greatest honor and joy. Carly loved her husband, David, with everything she had. Her best friend, her person, the man she could not wait to see walk through the door every evening. Their love was deep and wide and permeated every inch of their lives and home," the post added.
"Carly loved her parents deeply, and family was always incredibly important to her. She shared an especially treasured bond with her mom, who was not only a parent but her best friend and the ultimate comfort through every season of life.
"We are devastated for us here, without her. The Carly sized hole left in her family and friends' lives will never be filled. But, we do not grieve without hope. We know she is whole, complete, and the most joyful, radiant version of herself. More than anything, Carly would want everyone who reads this to pursue God and the eternal peace she now has. Carly Faye Douglas is home 💛"
Douglas revealed earlier this year that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer.

Fans are devastated.
"I found Carly a couple of months ago, just as my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I lost my mom last month and I know first hand the sadness & emptiness you all must feel. Carly was such a light in this world. Praying for your strength and healing. ❤️," one fan wrote.
"You didn't have to change your life or realign your priorities when you got a cancer diagnosis- not many people can say that ❤️ ," one fan added.
"My heart is so broken for a family I didn't even know. I saw her original post somehow of when she told the internet she had her diagnosis so I started following her. That wasn't long ago. My heart breaks for her husband and her babies so much. I'm sitting here crying over this and thinking just how fragile life really is and in such a short time something like this can change a family's life. Praying so much for peace and comfort her family and sweet sweet children. 🩷," another fan added.
