Brazilian Star Casemiro's Interaction With Endrick Comes to Light Amid Backlash

Casemiro and Endrick appear to have moved on quickly from the training-ground moment that sparked backlash. The Brazil national team midfielder had drawn criticism after a hard tackle on the young forward during practice, with fans and media questioning whether it went too far.

But any talk of tension between the two now looks overblown. Casemiro and Endrick were later seen walking into training together, chatting and joking, suggesting there is no real bad blood inside the Brazil camp. For now, it seems both players have treated the incident as part of a competitive session rather than something personal.

The whole situation started during a Brazil training session, when Casemiro caught Endrick with a heavy challenge in a tactical drill. The clip was picked up on social media and quickly turned into a major talking point, with plenty of fans feeling the tackle was far too risky for a practice session.

The concern was obvious. Endrick is preparing for his first World Cup, and the last thing Brazil need is an injury scare involving one of their most exciting young players. Casemiro, meanwhile, is one of the senior figures in the squad, so the backlash was even stronger because many felt he should have shown more control.

Still, the latest scenes from camp suggest the players themselves are not treating it like a major issue.

Brazil's latest training session also showed Carlo Ancelotti is still experimenting before the next friendly.

The manager tested several changes from the side that started against Panama, with Marquinhos and Gabriel Magalhães coming back into the defensive setup. Douglas Santos was used at left back, while Lucas Paquetá and Igor Thiago also got looks in the attacking structure.

The group Ancelotti worked with included Alisson in goal, Wesley, Marquinhos, Gabriel, and Douglas Santos in defense, Casemiro and Bruno Guimarães in midfield, and Paquetá, Raphinha, Igor Thiago, and Vinicius Jr. further forward.

The Brazilian national team kick off their world cup campaign against Morocco with a group stage match as they aim to end a 24-year wait for a sixth star above their badge.
