Dylan Harper Sends Clear Message Ahead of Game 7 vs Thunder

In a must-win Game 6, the San Antonio Spurs secured a dominant 118-91 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder to force a Game 7 on Saturday night.

Playing a major role in the Spurs' victory was rookie guard Dylan Harper, who stepped up in a big way off the bench with 18 points, six rebounds, and four assists.

Harper revealed after the game that his sister called him before tipoff and told him the Spurs had to make it to Saturday, to which he responded, "Alright, I got you," before ultimately helping make that happen.

Now, with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line in Game 7, Harper delivered a clear message about both his mindset and the team's approach heading into the matchup.

"It's going to take all 15 of us to go out there and put our foot down and put our imprint on the game," Harper said. "We can't take no plays off, don't take it for granted, be the aggressors."

Harper continued to develop as the season has progressed, steadily finding his role with the Spurs.

When the Spurs have been at their best in this series, Harper has often provided a spark, despite continuing to battle through a leg injury he suffered in Game 2.
