Felix Rosenqvist Wins Indianapolis 500 in Closest Finish in History Over David Malukas

It looked like it would be the young American from Team Penske, but Felix Rosenqvist caught a massive run and made the pass right at the line. The month of May ends with a one-lap shootout, and Rosenqvist will have his face etched on the Borg-Warner Trophy.

The emotions of Indianapolis are clear in the immediate aftermath. Felix Rosenqvist and his team are on Cloud 9, celebrating like they have never celebrated before. David Malukas, with tears in his eyes, couldn't figure out what they could have done differently to win. It is Malukas' second top-five finish in two attempts.
