The NBA's final four is all set after the Cleveland Cavaliers Sunday night posted a dominating Game 7 win over the Detroit Pistons to advance to the Eastern Conference finals vs. the New York Knicks. The focus on Monday night switches to the Western Conference, where the best-of-seven series between the No. 1 seed Oklahoma City Thunder and No. 2 seed San Antonio Spurs tips off in Oklahoma City (8:30 p.m. ET, NBC/Peacock).
The defending champion Thunder, led by back-to-back MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, have yet to lose in the NBA playoffs, posting series sweeps vs. the Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Lakers.
