Draymond Green Brutally Roasted With Steph Curry Joke at Kevin Hart Roast
Golden State Warriors stars Draymond Green and Stephen Curry have spent their entire careers together and have arguably become one of the most successful pairings of all time. But when Green visited the Kia Forum for the "Netflix Is a Joke" festival, it became the perfect opportunity for people to roast him.
Green and Curry were drafted three years apart by the Warriors in 2012 and 2009, respectively, and the two would go on to lead the franchise to six NBA Finals appearances and four championships over the last decade.
With head coach Steve Kerr signing a new deal with the Warriors, Green and Curry are expected to continue playing together for the foreseeable future, though the former Defensive Player of the Year could still opt to test free agency.
And after getting roasted at the Kevin Hart Roast Show, Green might be inclined to do just that.
"Steph Curry couldn't make it tonight, but he did carry Draymond Green all the way here," said Jeff Ross.

Ross went on to poke further fun at Green's ejection history, telling the veteran forward he wouldn't roast him anymore because he was "violent." That became the central theme for many of the celebrities roasting the four-time All-Star.
"Draymond Green is here. Yeah. Draymond's here," said Tom Brady. "For now, he'll probably get thrown out in the next 10 minutes. You know we're not roasting Steve Kerr, right?"
"He has paid $4 Min fines. Did you name your daughter, Cash, because you plan on losing her anyway?," Tony Hinchcliffe said.
Green and the Warriors as a whole were also mocked for their early postseason exit, which came against the Phoenix Suns in the Play-In Tournament.
"Why do you look blacker than usual? Is it because you got burnt by the Suns?" said Pete Davidson.
Green and the Warriors had a slow start to the 2025-26 season, with injuries playing a major role. Even though they found some rhythm in the middle of the year, any major hopes were quickly crushed when Jimmy Butler went down with a season-ending injury.
Curry was also sidelined for an extended period with runner's knee, and the Warriors eventually finished the season 10th in the Western Conference with a 37-45 record. Golden State won its opening Play-In game against the Los Angeles Clippers but fell to the Suns 111-96 to end the season.
Green was heavily discussed in trade rumors around the midseason deadline, with reports suggesting the Warriors were willing to move him for the right price. However, with Kerr returning, league insiders believe that Golden State "has no intention of shopping Green or pushing him out."
