Tom Brady Accused Of Fashion 'Faux-Pas' At WNBA Season Opener
Tom Brady was accused of committing a fashion "faux-pas" at the WNBA season opener on Saturday afternoon.
The 2026 WNBA regular season gets going this weekend. The league had season-opening games on Friday night, all day Saturday and all day on Sunday. The Las Vegas Aces, who won the 2025 WNBA Finals, topping the Phoenix Mercury, 4-0, celebrated their championship at the season opener.
Brady, who owns part of the team through his ownership stake in the Las Vegas Raiders with Mark Davis, was in attendance on Saturday. However, fans were not happy with his outfit. In fact, some were accusing him of committing a major fashion no-no.
Brady channeled his inner-Michael Jackson, rocking a very similar outfit to the King of Pop, at the Las Vegas Aces' season opener this weekend.
Fans were not thrilled (no pun intended).
"Brady, 48, came dressed for the occasion, wearing a bold and bright red leather jacket to the game and a white t-shirt underneath and black pants. It led fans to joke on social media that perhaps Brady was a little bit too influenced by the latest Michael Jackson movie that has recently hit theaters," the Daily Mail wrote.
Brady mocked for his WNBA game outfit
Fans were quick to mock Brady for his outfit choice.
"Tom Brady went to see Michael and decided to wear his red jacket 😂," one fan wrote.
"Faux-pas, Tom! Come on," one shared.
"Tom Brady wearing a red jacket and the first thing I thought about was Beat It lmaoooo," one fan shared.
"Tom can't pull that off," another shared.
Brady, of course, likely doesn't care. He'll wear what he pleases. Still, that's not stopping fans from criticizing him.
