Tennessee Titans Sign WWE Legend's Son After NFL Draft
The NFL Draft officially ended on Saturday, with the three-day event taking over the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and potentially helping squads boost their rosters after last season.
Among the teams that made a splash throughout the draft was the Tennessee Titans, who selected Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate with their fourth overall pick. They also had the No. 31 pick later in the round and added Auburn edge rusher Keldric Faulk.
Tennessee also had more picks in the second, fifth, sixth, and seventh rounds of the big event, further adding talent to its roster. And they weren’t done once the draft ended, as they also signed Jacksonville State wide receiver Brock Rechsteiner.

The 6-foot-2, 225-pound senior from Woodstock, Georgia, had 36 receptions for 383 yards and five touchdowns last season for the Gamecocks.
In addition to being a football standout, Rechsteiner is also a WWE NIL prospect. Further adding to the intrigue is that he’s the son of professional wrestling legend Scott Steiner.
“Titan Up!” Scott wrote in an X message, tagging his son, and sharing the news that he had signed with the Tennessee Titans.
Steiner, real name Scott Rechsteiner, is known for his days in the WWF as part of The Steiner Brothers and for his solo career as “Big Poppa Pump.” He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022 as part of The Steiner Brothers with his brother Robert Rechsteiner, known as Rick Steiner in the WWF and elsewhere.
In addition, Bronson Rechsteiner, better known as Bron Breakker in WWE, is Rick’s son and Scott’s nephew. He’s been involved in significant storylines since arriving on WWE’s main roster, including winning the WWE United States Championship.
For those wondering, Scott, 63, never played college or professional football. Even though he played amateur football in high school, his wrestling skills led him to become a professional wrestler, and the rest is history.
Meanwhile, Brock Rechsteiner is now getting a chance to play in the NFL, where he could end up part of an exciting final roster with Tennessee’s young stars, including quarterback Cam Ward and fellow rookie wide receiver Carnell Tate.
