Liam Rosenior Admits 'Difficult' Time at Chelsea After Manchester United Loss

Chelsea suffered another loss in the Premier League under Liam Rosenior as they lost 1-0 to Manchester United at home.

Chelsea remain 6th in the league table with 48 points, and their Champions League qualification aspirations take a big hit. Chelsea have now lost four Premier League games in a row.

A goal from Matheus Cunha in the 43rd minute was enough to give Manchester United the win that gets them closer to Champions League qualification.

After the match, Rosenior was asked about his team's performance and believed that his team was dominant for the majority of the match, which led to frustration due to the result.

Following four consecutive losses in the Premier League, Liam Rosenior acknowledges the poor run of form for Chelsea.

Rosenior is told that Chelsea has suffered six defeats in their last seven games across all competitions.

Rosenior said, "I can only say what I saw. I felt we were the dominant team from minute one to the end of the game...It's been a difficult spell. We are making key errors in key moments and not taking advantage of the chances we are creating. I am delighted we have a game on Tuesday to get it out of our system."

Chelsea will be playing against Brighton away from home on Tuesday in the Premier League before their FA Cup semifinal match against Leeds United next weekend.
