Coach Andy Reid brought a guest to the Chiefs’ final full practice before Super Bowl LVIII.

Michael Vick, who played most of his 13 seasons with the Falcons and Eagles, was on hand at the Raiders’ Intermountain Health Performance Center, according to Pro Football Writers Association pool reporter Peter King.

That report said Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes “was especially sharp” during the 66-minute workout.

“After one sidearm completion, Mahomes got big congratulations from practice visitor Mike Vick, who played for Kansas City coach Andy Reid with the Eagles for four seasons,” King wrote.

Wide receiver Rashee Rice, who left Thursday’s practice early after having his ankle stepped on, was a full participant on Friday.

The Chiefs’ injury report Friday said left guard Joe Thuney was out for the Super Bowl because of a pectoral injury suffered against the Bills in the playoffs.

Nick Allegretti practiced again in Thuney’s spot.

Reid was happy with how the team practiced Friday and throughout the week at the Raiders’ facility.

“We’ve gotten everything done that we needed to get done,” Reid said, per the pool report. “They’ve done good work. They’ve been focused in. I get to see it every day.

“That’s kind of their makeup, whether things are going good or not going good. It starts with Pat and (Travis) Kelce and Chris Jones and (cornerback L’Jarius) Sneed. The players have maximized what we’ve given them as coaches, and they’ve done a nice job out here.”

The Chiefs will have a walk-through and take a team photo on Saturday. Super Bowl LVIII starts at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
