Rain showers in Broward County wreaked havoc with the Orange Bowl International Tennis Championships this week, and forced the U16 and U18 singles and doubles championship matches to be played Sunday at Frank Veltri Tennis Center in Plantation.

In the 18s Girls Final, fifth-seeded Robin Montgomery of the United States will play Eddie Herr tournament finalist Jana Kolodynska of Belarus, who beat No. 2 seed Alexandra Eala of the Philippines 6-4, 6-0 in the semifinals. Montgomery won her semifinal 6-4, 6-2 over Celia Mohr of France.

The boys 18s semifinals featured top-seeded Thiago Tirante of Argentina against No. 6 seed Jeffrey Von Der Schulenburg of Switzerland and fifth-seeded Arthur Cazaux of France against No. 9 Argentine Juan Bautista Torres. Tirante won the 2019 French Open junior doubles title.

In the Boys 16s final, American wild card Gabrielius Guzauskas will play seventh-seeded Daniel Rincon of Spain. In the U16 Girls All-American final, Ashlyn Krueger plays Clervie Ngounoue. Krueger defeated top-seeded Rebecca Lynn in the third round.

Last year, 14-year-old Coco Gauff of Delray Beach won the Girls 18s in her final junior match before going on to becoming a star on the WTA Tour.

Admission is free for Sunday’s matches.
