I just moved out of my apartment and back to my parents’ house, which means I had to downsize from having plenty of space to fitting all of my stuff into one bedroom. I also had to make some serious upgrades to my room, since it had been a couple years since I lived at home. Finding a place for all of my books, my Funko Pop collection and other trinkets was the first thing on my to-do list — and once I saw this Amazon Basics cube bookcase, I knew I had to order it. Here’s why it has made all the difference in my small space.
Amazon Basics 7 Cube Organizer Bookcase, $60.38

One of my favorite things about this 7-Cube Organizer Bookcase is how spacious it is. With just one bookcase, I’m able to fit most of my book collection on it with extra space to hold some of my collectibles. This bookshelf has a space saving design, and you can fit anywhere from five to 10 books in each cube, depending on their size. It’s also durable and super easy to put together; it only took me about 30 minutes to assemble. It’s also very sturdy, and even with lots of books and items on the shelves, it won’t tip over. This bookshelf comes in a gorgeous espresso color that pairs perfectly in practically any bedroom or living room.
As an avid reader, I love displaying my books for everyone to see, so having a bookshelf that looks gorgeous and doesn’t take up a lot of space was a must for me. I also wanted something that would give me easy access to my novel collection. I decided to organize some of my books by genre, such as self-help, dystopian, romance and educational, and displayed my collection of Funko Pops, Nintendo Switch games, candles and other small items in the cubes as well.

I’m not the only one who loves this bookshelf. Plenty of Amazon reviewers also love how sturdy and easy-to-assemble it is. “It was super easy to assemble and it fits perfectly in my room. It is super cute and the right size for everything. Overall, a really good product. You should definitely buy it!” says one reviewer.
So, if you’re looking to house your books and collectibles while saving some space in your apartment, living room or bedroom, it’s hard to do better than this bookcase. And at only $60 and some change, it won’t break your bank, either!
