Michael J. Grimme, head of AMC Liquidators, has put his waterfront Fort Lauderdale digs on the market for $12.99 million.

The seven-bedroom, 7 1/2-bath Mediterranean estate at 2301 Aqua Vista Blvd. is in the Las Olas Isles neighborhood.
