Lil Wayne just plunked down a ton of money for a waterfront megamansion in Miami Beach
It’s good to be Lil Wayne.
The Cash Money Records mogul just plunked down serious coin on a megamansion, located at 6480 Allison Road, Miami Beach, reports The Wall Street Journal.
Price? Right around the $17 million mark.
The place is spacious, all right. Included in its 10,632 square feet are seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. But that’s not all.
The waterfront property also features a custom-crafted mahogany entry, lacquered fireplace, 22-foot ceilings and a butler’s kitchen (yes).
“This new contemporary home is a result of meticulous planning and precise execution,” says One Sothebys International Realty, which handled the sale, on its website. “Direct sunsets, tranquil waters, and vast water-frontage offer the best panoramic views the island has to offer.”
Last year, the New Orleans native sold his mansion for $10 million on La Gorce Island in Miami Beach at a loss. He listed it in 2015 for $18 million.
Lil Wayne’s career is (obviously) doing well these days, having just dropped a video for his new single “Good Form” with pal Nicki Minaj on Thursday. A day later it had racked up almost 10 million views.
